Applicants for the Regional VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 7-10 years' of multi-property catering sales team leadership experience. The role requires the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels, as well as a strong background in multi-unit catering and private event management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering sales, be adept at leading effective sales meetings, and have the ability to provide creative revenue solutions for properties with low catering sales performance. The position demands a high level of commitment to the customer experience and the ability to work closely with the sales team to ensure the success of the business.
