The successful candidate will serve as the executive liaison between clients, onsite teams, and the corporate office, ensuring the overall success of a fee-managed student housing portfolio. This role involves directing the operations of the portfolio, including up to 30 properties, and being the primary strategic link between the property owner and the management company. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for the financial activities of the properties, including budgeting, and will be accountable for the profitability and quality of work produced.
Applicants must have a B.A. degree, preferably from a 4-year college or university, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, supervising a minimum of 10 properties. Proficiency in on-site property management practices, tools, and software is essential. The role requires a strong background in student housing and/or market-rate multi-family management, as well as experience with 3rd party or fee-based management. The candidate should have a proven track record in lease-up experience, be adept at analyzing market conditions, and possess excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills. The position demands a high level of leadership, the ability to resolve resident issues, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
