The RVP will be tasked with meeting or exceeding premium and growth targets by establishing new relationships, demonstrating customer-centricity, and strengthening existing customer ties. This role requires the maintenance and growth of business with established customers, as well as the identification and cultivation of new sources of life production. The successful candidate will also be expected to represent the company in the local marketplace and work closely with team members to share market intelligence and best practices.

Candidates for the RVP position should have a minimum of 5 years of external life insurance wholesaling experience, with a strong preference for those with successful point-of-sale experience. The role demands a professional who is assertive, competitive and possesses strong sales skills and product knowledge. The ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and relate well to a diverse group of people is essential. The ideal candidate will be motivated by a customer-centric approach, think big, and thrive in a team environment. They should also be committed to integrity, take ownership, and be dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
