We are thrilled to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) by The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) allowing us the opportunity to offer specialized training opportunities for all of our ABA services providers.
RBTs maintain compliance with Board requirements for ongoing supervision with a team of highly supportive BCBAs. Our supervision tracking allows RBTs to access written supervision records as required by the Board. RBTs have access to supervisor support in scheduled sessions and through informal communication in between scheduled supervision sessions.
Primary Responsibilities: Support clients to develop new skills and navigate unexpected learning opportunities Implement treatment plan goals under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst Collect data and complete session notes Qualifications and Skills: Ability to enjoy play and have fun with child and adolescent clients Collaborative with and supportive of colleagues Willingness to learn new approaches in alignment with client need and changing standards of ABA Dependable and reliable Alignment with S.E.E.K. values Acceptance of a variety of clients and co-workers with unique life experiences and backgrounds Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Benefits and Perks: Vacation pay Sick pay Referral program Career development opportunities Mentorship with Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Directors And MUCH More! Schedule: Between Monday and Friday with flexible availability (for example, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm)
