A skilled nursing facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join their team

Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified. Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents. Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents. Job includes - Assessing patients , completing Nutrition assessments and Care Plans, attending Care Plans meetings, MDS, PEG feeding assessments. Meal Tracker and Pointclick Care knowledge a plus. Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree of Science Nutrition required Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Shifts: FULL TIME
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 a year
