Outpatient Registered Nurse (Full-Time) Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. Key Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Open to new graduates as well as experienced RNs Experience in outpatient ambulatory settings (clinics or similar environments) is highly valued Solid clinical background in family medicine, women's health, internal medicine (or similar) preferred Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred but not required Experience working with diverse populations is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Conduct patient interviews for health history and document medical records, including nursing observations, vital signs, and test results. Maintain patient records, ensuring all documentation is time-stamped and/or initialed. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient treatments and exams. Triage patients by phone or in person, assessing their needs and providing necessary follow-up care. Educate patients on healthcare issues based on physician instructions and patient inquiries.
