Registered Nurse/House Supervisor

Job Description: Represents administration, directs facility operations, and supervises personel in all departments when leadership/management staff is not present in the facility. Serves as administrative liaison to all hospital departments, agencies, and physicians and provides functional guidance to all units. Serves as a resource for decision making concerning patient care services, non-clinical services and staffing while ensuring that the hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied.

Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- CA RN Licensure
- 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
- 3-5 years demonstrated progressive charge or personnel management experience
- ACLS

Shift Details: 3 x 12 variable days/nights - true variable need; 0800-2030; 2000-0830 weekend rotation included

**ALL RN's within the following units within CPMC will be required to float to any of the CPMC campuses when not needed on their home floor**
