Patient-Centered Care:Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the peri-operative setting for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults.Employ the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure comprehensive patient care.B. Coordination and Collaboration:Coordinate patient care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, ensuring seamless collaboration among the healthcare team.Direct and guide OR Technicians and other personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.C. Interdepartmental Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments to provide a continuum of care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient well-being.Work closely with co-workers to maintain efficient patient flow, uphold quality patient care, and ensure unit maintenance and organization.D. Resource and Support Role:Act as a resource for other personnel, offering expertise and guidance as appropriate.Qualifications:Active California RN license6 months to 1 year of relevant Med Surg nursing experienceCPR or BLS CertificationACLS and PALS CertificationRecent Physical and TB Test (within one year)Willingness to travel within a 20-30 mile radiusValid Driver's License or State IDFull COVID vaccination with booster shot***RATES NEGOTIABLE***
