Weekly Pay Range - $2316 To $2573 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Nursery/Post-Partum Level III RN Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: - 2+ years RN Nursery Experience, in Level II or Level III NICU - 6 months to 1 year experience in Mother/Baby Couplet care or Post-partum - Experience attending deliveries and with neonatal resuscitation - 6 months of travel experience License: CA RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: - Epic experience preferred - Ability to participate in lab work within 3-5 days of signing - Documentation of certifications, with all certifications American Heart Association compliant Job Description: - Assess patient conditions, develop individual care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. - Coordinate the delivery of patient care, directing and delegating patient care assignments. - Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other disciplines as required, and adjust the nursing care process to ensure optimal patient care. - Maintain documentation in patient records. - Ensure a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families following hospital and nursing standards. - Participate in continuous quality improvement activities. - Enhance professional growth through educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops. - Demonstrate sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy and express interest in their progress. - Prepare patients for scheduled procedures to assist in patient assessment. - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
