Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:30) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years required License: Valid WI License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA Certifications required prior to start) Must-Have: Med/Surg and ICU skills, ability to read telemetry strips Job Description: - Provide care in a blended Med/Surg and ICU unit.- Work night shifts from Friday to Sunday, with regular weekend duty.- Float within the hospital when needed, depending on specialty.- Holidays are required if they fall on a weekend; no additional call duty.- Ability to work effectively in both Med/Surg and ICU.- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine is not required; flu vaccine is required with medical/religious exemptions possible.- Previous experience with Cerner is beneficial; provide details of experience during application.- Required completion and upload of traveler documentation within specified timeframes.- Adherence to compliance and lab schedule to ensure successful onboarding.Candidates must be willing to focus on patient care excellence and work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
