RN Responsibilities: As a valued member of our nursing team, you will: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. Uphold and enforce all current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing our facility. Keep nursing personnel aligned with their job descriptions for seamless operations. Participate in facility surveys as requested, showcasing our commitment to excellence. Conduct daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Handle and resolve department personnel complaints and grievances professionally. RN Qualifications & Requirements: Possess a valid RN License in the State of New York.
