Job Responsibilities:Providing quality care as an RN in post-acute care facilities Collaborating with medical staff and residents to create care plans Administering treatments and medications to residents Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and staff Educating residents and family members about care options Monitoring medical equipment and ensuring staff compliance Performing lab analyses and assisting with incident investigations Qualifications and Skills:Current Illinois state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) Graduation from an approved nursing program Minimum of 4 months of post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience Strong organizational skills
