Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the ER, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Triage patients based on acuity and severity of condition. Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation. Qualifications: Valid RN license in Maryland. BLS and ACLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER setting. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
