Night Shift - (Hours: 7p-7a) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.

20K Sign-on Bonus! 20% Shift Differential for the entire night shift! Christiana Care Hospital in Newark, DE is seeking an experience Registered Nurse (RN) for our 3B General Medical Unit.
Unit 3B is a 32-bed inpatient General Medical Unit with Telemetry, which provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. The unit is designed to accommodate 32 patients who need inpatient care for the treatment of their diagnosis.
The scope of services on 3B encompasses a variety of diagnoses/testing including but not limited:
COPD exacerbationPneumoniaETOH withdrawalOpioid withdrawalNausea/vomiting/abdominal painAltered mental statusOsteomyelitisBack painDiabetes managementCellulitis The patient population cared for in this area includes adult and geriatric patients. The conditions of patients cared for in this area can be described as fair and serious. The patients are received/transferred/admitted from home, the emergency department, and physician's offices as well as from other units within the hospital setting.
