Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for an RN Unit Manager tojoin the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY! We have positions available for full-time and part-time, 12-hour shifts, and 8-hour shifts.

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities Evaluate theeffectiveness of patient care and identities any issues that affect desiredresident outcomesAssess, review, andmaintain that daily resident care needs are met, and appropriate resident careis givenAddress resident andstaff concerns to promote quality careSupervise staff nursesand CNAs to ensure their completion and quality of dutiesMake rounds ofresident rooms to observe and evaluate resident's physical/emotional stateReview order and careplans Provide direct nursingcare as necessaryPerform all assignedtasks in accordance with established policies and proceduresRemain prepared to doany services or assignments within the scope of practice of an RN RN Unit Manager Requirements Valid, current RN license Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices andprocedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines thatpertain to long-term careAt least one-year experience in a supervisorycapacity in a long-term care facilityStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsCOVID-19 Vaccination Preferred Previous experiencewith Point Click Care What We Offer Competitive pay scaleWeekly payrollMedical and dentalcoverage401kPaid time offCEU-eligible trainingprogramsOngoing leadership andprofessional development trainingDedicated and localleadership support
