Full Time - 72 hours/pay - 12 hour shifts
Day/Midnight rotation
Holiday & Weekend commitment per the guidelines

ChristianaCare is hiring a RN for our Float Pool within Women's & Children's Services that would be required to work all four areas within Women's & Children's.
Required to orient and work in the following areas:
Labor & Delivery Maternal Recovery and Newborn TransitionPostpartumNICU (low acuity newborns)Inpatient Pediatrics Our Women's & Children's hospitals supports over 6,000 births annually, we have a Level lll NICU and a new Pediatric Emergent Care Center! Education and Experience Requirements: BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hireAt least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women's and Children's services areas listed above requiredBLS, NRP, PALS certifications requiredACLS certification preferredDelaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required ChristianaCare's Christiana and Wilmington hospitals have received their third Magnet designation for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the pre-eminent recognition for hospital systems in the United States!
