JOB SUMMARY: A Registered Physical Therapist (PT) administer physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. Agency provides services to the following towns: Vega Alta, Dorado, Toa Baja, Cataño, Corozal, Toa Alta, Bayamón, Naranjito, Orocovis, Barraquitas and Comerío. The PTR will be assigned a route that will cover a combination of cities according patients' needs.This position includes a hiring bonus for regular full time positions. Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.2. Currently licensed in the state of Puerto Rico.3. At least 6 months experience required.4. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.5. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.6 Valid Professional Register, Vaccines Record for HepA, Varicela, Flu and Covid 19, BSLS/CPR, Law 300, Particle Test, Health Certificate, Good Conduct Certificate, Valid Driver's license.7. Available to work the cities that covers the Agency.
