Position Summary:

The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of the regulatory standards across the supply chain in support of business objectives. This position effectively collaborates with cross-functional teamsto drive regulatory compliance ofthe products and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate acute critical thinking skills to craft and execute solutions in a fast changing environment. This candidate must be forward-thinking in their approach to maintain the quality and food safety of our products. As a subject matter expert, the candidate will assist in representing Bonduelle with federal, state and local government agencies, industry associations and/or other organizations for the purpose of negotiating legislation, regulations and/or guidelines that impact our business strategy.

By your key position in our company, you will support our environmental and social initiatives to drive progress against our corporate social responsibility and B Corp certification ambitions.

Minimum Qualifications: BS Degree in Food Science or related field. A MS degree in a related field is preferred. At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality and Food Safety. At least 3 years of experience in Supervisory Management and Leadership roles. Knowledge and experience with the label review process required. Advanced knowledge and experienceof USDA and FDA regulations required. HACCP Certification required. FSMA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Certification required. Technical proficiency with computers and computer programs,, e.g, Google, Microsoft Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact and collaborate well as a team, including cross-functional stakeholders Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations Ability to articulate and sell quality assurance programs and continuous improvement goals to involved stakeholders Ability to assimilate new information quickly and react positively to new and challenging opportunities Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Ability to make progress in spite of setbacks or lack of clarity Ability to manage and resolve conflicts Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment Ability to solve problems through data, processes and influencing skills Knowledge of quality assurance program methodologies and implementation within manufacturing environment Ability to flex schedules as business needs Must be able to manage projects from beginning to end Ability to travel (25%)
