Director of Rehabilitation

Position:
We are seeking a top-caliber Director of Rehab for this Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will work with a dynamic multidisciplinary therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to individuals with various medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
The Director of Rehab is responsible for leading and assuring patient quality, outcomes, and efficient processes. Infinity Rehab is looking for a leader with clinical vision and passion for post-acute rehab patients. The Director of Rehab ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Rehab Department, including direct therapy services to patients and management responsibilities such as monitoring admissions, treatment schedules, tracking MDS assessment periods and data, providing clinical supervision, and case management.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited therapy program.
Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in the state of Utah.
Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated.
6 months – 1 year of geriatric experience is preferred.
