Remote Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Temporary job from October 21 to December 7.
Shifts available: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, 2:00 pm - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and provide information
Utilize computerized systems for data entry and customer support
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Skills
Proficient in client services and customer support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual
1 year or more in customer service experience
