Remote Legal Intake Specialist

Our client, a Personal Injury and Workers Comp law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Intake Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls with a high level of customer service Conduct interviews with prospective clients to qualify and gather necessary information Complete client intake forms and manage client communication Use empathy to connect with prospective clients and help them understand the legal process Demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport Effectively communicate the services offered Work with case management software and other computer programs to manage client information Requirements: High school diploma required Experience working in customer service/call center Prior experience with a law firm preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize with clients who may be in a stressful situation Must have a reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely Compensation: $15-16/hr plus bonuses for each successfully completed applications This is a fully remote position, outside of initial training in Charleston, SC Flexible hours; ideally Monday-Friday at 4 hours a day
