Pay Range - $45.00 - $55.00 an hour - LCSW, LMFT, LPC
Schedule: 3 pm - 9 pm CST (10-20 hours per week guaranteed, depending on state licensure) Part Time

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include individual and family therapy, curating individualized treatment plans, reviewing outcomes, and completing concurrent review notes
Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
Conduct intake assessments for new clients, as needed
Lead IOP group sessions, as needed
Work alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and results
Qualifications:
Clinical Licensure in Michigan.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC)
Supervision hours can be provided by our Michigan-licensed LPC, otherwise outside supervision needed.
Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities is preferred.
Well versed in DBT, TF-CBT and/or ERP and confident integrating them into your treatment approach
Ability to work within a collaborative team environment alongside other care providers.
Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
Experience delivering therapy over video strongly desired
Ability to work between 10-20 hours per week during program hours
