Remote Social Security Disability Attorney - Bilingual (Spanish)

Duties:
- Negotiate and litigate legal matters on behalf of clients
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Attend meetings and conferences with clients and other attorneys
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in legal administrative software and research tools (e.g., Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw)
- Experience in legal drafting and conducting legal research
