Availability to work 2 Saturdays a month from 9 am-6 pm.

Telemarketing:
Representante de servicio al cliente must conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our programs, answer questions, and encourage application submissions.
Customer Service:
Representante de servicio al cliente should serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, addressing questions and concerns via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
Enrollment Guidance:
Representante de servicio al cliente should assist prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of requirements and deadlines.
Follow-Up:
Representante de servicio al cliente should Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure continued interest and timely completion of application materials.
Information Sessions:
Representante de servicio al cliente must conduct virtual and in-person information sessions to educate prospective students about our programs, enrollment criteria, and campus life.
Data Entry:
Accurately enter and prospectively update student information in the enrollment database, ensuring all records are current and complete.
Reporting:
Representante de servicio al cliente should generate and analyze reports on telemarketing and enrollment activities, providing insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Collaboration:
Representante de servicio al cliente must work closely with other departments, such as marketing and academic advising, to coordinate recruitment efforts and provide a seamless experience for prospective students.
Event Participation:
Representante de servicio al cliente should represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities to attract and engage prospective students.
