Mpower proudly offers an exciting opportunity for a full-time W-2 Residential Solar Consultant at our Brooklyn, NY office. Our team of appointment setters will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners. The Solar Sales Consultant is an integral part of the Solar Division, being the primary point of contact with customers and providing them with details on the benefits of going solar.
The ideal candidate will utilize strong critical thinking skills, an ambitious attitude, and a strong work ethic to effectively demonstrate the benefits of partnering with Mpower for their Solar needs.

Responsibilities: Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home Educate potential clients about the benefits of solarsaving + environment Analyze electricity usage to confirm customer wants and needs while developing rapport to enable you to close the sale Manage accounts from an initial consultation to the installation Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building, and mentoring from our leaders
