Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics/Rrt-Nicu

Job Description: Performs therapeutic, diagnostic, and emergency respiratory care procedures and provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies or abnormalities. Exercises sound judgment and develop clinical skills to provide input to and implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis and physician orders in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication. Specialized in NICU/PICU, experience with Adults Requirements: - 2 years of recent experience as an Adult/NICU/PICU RRT *experience with both adults and NICU/PICU reqd* - Prior travel experience preferred - BLS (AHA) - ACLS - PALS - NRP - RRT LicensureShift: 3 x 12 days, 0630-1900 - no on call requirements, one weekend required/month *RRT required to float to Adult if census permits with NICU/PICU*
