The Job
The Retail Barista carries out day to day operations of the retail caf while providing excellent customer service. Below are examples of the kinds of things the barista performs everyday.
* Makes high quality espresso drinks
* Memorizes all food and beverage menus
* Verbally communicates consistently with coworkers, managers, and all staff
* Takes out garbage, sweeps floor, and wipes down counters
* Restocks milks, beverages, and ingredients regularly
* Maintains overall cleanliness of the cafe
* Runs food in a timely manner
* Takes timely breaks
* Ensures exact money handling
* Gives warm, friendly, and authentic customer service
* Goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs
Some requirements:
* Youre 18 years or older
* Can lift up to 50lbs
* Can work on your feet for at least 8 hours
* Are available to work holidays and weekends
* Are legally eligible to work in the US
* Can make it to work consistently and on time
