General Responsibilities
The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and management of retail operations within Dorado Beach Resort & Club. This includes overseeing product selection, inventory management, visual merchandising, and driving sales across our high-end golf, fitness merchandise and other retail shops. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for luxury retail trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the high-end customer base.
Education & Skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-end merchandise.
Strong understanding of luxury retail, particularly in golf and fitness categories.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
