Retail Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales Area
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Bilingual skills are a plus for assisting multilingual customers
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service in the Auto Parts Industry
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to effectively sell products to customers
- Experience supervising or leading a team is beneficial
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.85 - $14.71 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
