Retail Sales Associate

This role as a Retail Sales Associate is crucial for the success of our retail stores. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns, maintaining product quality and store appearance, and meeting sales targets. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $13.75/hr at Store #1120, located at 3227 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43231.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers in person and over the phone Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately process sales transactions and achieve sales goals Maintain work order files and formulas Retrieve and stock products, set up displays, and clean store equipment Help load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries if needed Maintain product knowledge and discuss available options for customers Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License High School diploma or GED At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Previous experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
