BizzyCar is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to focus on Customer Success. In this highly collaborative role, you will own our revenue enablement tools and drive the continuous improvement of our revenue processes and analytics while partnering directly with our leadership team. This position is essential to the success of our automotive dealership partners and OEM partners and our company. You will help our industry put safer used cars on the road, create revenue growth for our customers, and solve challenging problems through technology and innovation.
What you will get to do and own in this role: Own our HubSpot Service Hub instance and other Customer Success Software and tooling Research, design, document and implement operational improvements to customer success and value delivery Manage our customer success dashboards and reports in Tableau, HubSpot and other BI tools Train CS team members and serve as primary contact for all platform and analytics questions related to CRM, BI, and other platforms Work with COO to support new product and capability developments in value delivery by leveraging technology platforms Collaborate with senior leadership to ideate and prioritize capability-building projects Bachelor's degree 2+ years of relevant work experience supporting sales, customer success or similarly tech-driven and analytically rigorous role in finance or operations Admin experience with HubSpot, Tableau or Salesforce High intellectual curiosity and strong ability to learn Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated Highly proficient in declarative (non-code) software configuration Highly proficient in handling, analyzing and presenting data We value our employees' time and efforts.
