\*\*Clinical Coordinator Position at Novo Dialysis Flatlands\*\*
Novo Dialysis Flatlands is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to contribute positively to our outpatient dialysis center. \*\*Position Overview:\*\*
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- A minimum of 6 months of dialysis experience is required.
- Responsibilities include coordinating care and services for patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), monitoring laboratory values, tracking quality metrics and outcome management through QAPI, among others.
- Ensure that you and your clinical team provide the highest standard of care, prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, with the ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

- Integrate with collaborative team that supports each other in a positive atmosphere, where Staff Registered Nurses are integral members of a small interdisciplinary clinical team.
- Produce care for patients who often present with multiple comorbidities, necessitating customized treatment plans and the application of a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians for tasks such as patient observations, vital statistics measurement, and machine setup.

\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state is mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- A minimum of 18 months of registered nursing experience is necessary.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval from the Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed Facility Administrator/General Facility Administrator is required.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is preferred.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) is preferred. A three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be considered as a substitute for the nursing degree.
- Completion of training approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
- Supervisory experience is preferred; however, willingness, desire, and ability to supervise are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook are required.
- Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) setting is preferred.

$48.00 - $60.00 per hour.
