Weekly Pay Range - $2903 To $3225 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: General Operations Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (40 hours per week) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year of Home Health experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: - Wound care skills, including wound vacs, pleural drains, ostomy care - Peripheral blood draws, central line care - IV administration through multiple devices including elastomeric and IV pumps - Excellent assessment skills - Experience with computer documentation Job Description: - Covering home health services in various suburbs- Manage patient cases typically ranging from 20-30 patients who have multiple comorbidities- Patient conditions may include CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, falls, fractures, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical needs, wound care, and more- Utilize technology and equipment such as EMR (EPIC), laptops, PT/INR machines in some areas, and Sapphire IV pumps- Provide comprehensive assessment and care plan implementation- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient careNote: This opportunity is open to first-time travelers with Home Health experience.
