Position Summary:The Lead RN OR provides direct and indirect nursing patient care to the patient. Ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. As well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Ability to perform on-call assignment, variable work schedule that will include weekends and holidays.
