RN Nurse SupervisorResponsibilities Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care andidentities any issues that affect desired resident outcomesAssess, review, and maintain that daily residentcare needs are met, and appropriate resident care is givenAddress resident and staff concerns to promotequality careSupervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure theircompletion and quality of dutiesMake rounds of resident rooms to observe andevaluate resident"'s physical/emotional stateProvide direct nursing care as necessaryPerform all assigned tasks in accordance withestablished policies and proceduresRemain prepared to do any services or assignmentswithin the scope of practice of an RN RN Nurse Supervisor Requirements Valid, current RN license Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to long-term care At least one-year experience in a supervisory capacity in a long-term care facility Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Preferred Previous experiencewith Point Click Care What We Offer Competitive pay scaleMedical and dental coverageGenerous employee referral bonus401kPaid time offCEU eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional developmenttrainingDedicated and local leadership support
