ABOUT THE ROLE You will be a leader in the field, responsible for deploying our autonomous equipment and working closely with our partners to ensure that they can operate our products and seamlessly integrate them into their operations. You will identify opportunities to improve the user experience, deploy more robots, and ensure our robots deliver value to our customers. This will also involve establishing a deep understanding of our customers' needs, priorities, and processes.
In addition, you will work closely with Built's engineering team, identifying feature developments and recommending future products. Much of our technology also requires running tests on actual hardware, and you will support the engineering team by leading day-to-day operations, debugging, and troubleshooting on the robots.
Finally, you will be representing the Built brand to ensure we always deliver the safest and best product.

The starting annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 to 100,000. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications, working location, and market demands. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation, benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, cell phone and internet reimbursement and more.
