Hotel Tasks:
- Sell rooms.
-Assisting with guest requests and inquiries as needed
- Supporting front desk operations with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
-Manages documentation related to frontdesk and hotel ammenities.
-Perform deposits, charge customers.
-Make calls, write emails.
-Inspect rooms per procedures.
-Assure rooms are clean on time.
-Follow up on customer complaints.
-Able to solve problems and make proper decisions on a timely manner.
- Collaborating with different departments to fulfill guest needs
-Assists housekeeping as needed.
Shop Tasks:
-Perform retailing transactions.
-Clean the store as needed.
-Performs facing of products.
-Assits in other store tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Familiarity with hotel management procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Additional preferred experience in the restaurant industry.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
