Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for an RV Receptionist to join our team. The RV Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our dealership. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the dealership. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Greet customers and visitors in a warm, welcoming manner. Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the dealership and its services. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Route calls to the appropriate department or staff member. Take and relay messages accurately Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining dealership records. Prepare and distribute daily reports as needed. Manage the reception desk, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available. Assist the sales and service teams by scheduling appointments and test drives. Provide clerical support to sales and service staff, including photocopying, scanning, and document preparation. Assist in the preparation of sales documents, contracts, and vehicle registration paperwork. Ensure that the customer lounge and showroom are clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments and reading materials. Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience while waiting for services or meetings.
