BASIC FUNCTIONS
The Sales Account Executive (SAE) will be responsible for the acquisition of new accounts in order to accomplish the quota assigned and all the responsibilities of this position. This person will directly report to the Sales Director. This position is responsible for visiting every account assigned, performing corporate presentations, presenting analysis, and selling satellite internet solutions according to customer needs, being oriented to total customer satisfaction performance, and performing administrative work as required.
Visiting new customers, potential customers, and actual customers are also part of the Sales Account Executive’s responsibilities. The SAE is responsible for designing and executing the business strategy to achieve the quota/business plan. Focus on customer vision leading to customer satisfaction. Concentrate on penetrating new accounts while retaining the existing customer base to meet the company’s growth objectives. The SAE will be also responsible for supporting the payment or debt collection on assigned accounts.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Successful performance in this position would typically require a minimum of bachelor’s degree (Management, Systems information, Marketing, Computers) or equivalent experience, and/or at least three to five years of proven success selling to commercial accounts/markets with multiple services including products and services related to IT Systems, Internet Services and technologies.
The incumbent should also have computer knowledge and have adequate oral and written communication skills. The Sales Account Executive should have experience in the area of sales to commercial accounts and manage and processing commercial accounts contracts.

-Knowledge of Puerto Rico’s market and customer base
-Basic knowledge of our solutions array, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud base solutions
- Basic knowledge of the use and management of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, & Dynamics.
-Ability to penetrate accounts and establish relationships at the C level
-Ability to manage sales opportunities
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent objections management
-Ability to coordinate and lead an account team for solution presentations.
-Create and present proposals and service agreements.
-Ability to identify customer needs.
-Develop proposals and special offers with engineering support to address the client’s needs.
-Reports as needed including a funnel, pipeline and daily activities.
-Willingness to travel to other geographical areas as part of its duties.
-Willingness to work a regular schedule, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $20,000.00 to $25,000.00 /year
