Sales And Customer Service Representative

Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services- Utilize data entry skills to accurately update customer information in the system- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory mannerRequisitos:Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions- Proficient in data entry and computer skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision- Multilingual abilities, particularly English and Spanish, are a plus- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales techniques
