Sales Associate - Merchandising

Overall Job Summary This position involves executing various tasks such as planograms, physical inventories, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. Interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service is also a key part of the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner Maintain visual merchandise standards Perform store specific measurements and layout initiatives Complete store inventories and cycle counts Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs Maintain planogram integrity and store signage Provide legendary customer service in stores Offer peak coverage as needed Qualifications High School Diploma is required
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict Working Conditions Generally working inside with moderate noise Varied work shifts, including travel between store locations Traveling between store locations in your personal vehicle is required Physical Requirements Ability to travel as required in support of district needs Ability to move and transfer live animals, equipment, and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, and climb ladders Ability to handle and be in contact with birds/poultry Sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and driving a vehicle Disclaimer: This job description represents an overview of responsibilities and is subject to change based on business needs.
