The Director of Sales will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and formulating action plans to exceed revenue and profitability targets. Additionally, the role involves leading and inspiring a sales team, cultivating strong relationships with customers and distributors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company is positioned as the preferred biocontrol partner.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Sales position at the company will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
