Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Expert to join our team in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Track sales metrics and report on performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Location:
The position is based in Puerto Rico. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
