L.P. Universal Printing, Inc. was founded in 1982. It is a printing company dedicated to the production and manufacturing of printed materials and signage, serving the eastern and central areas of the island.
Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships within the commercial printing sector. Serves as the point of contact between LP Universal Printing and its prospects or clients. Identifies and educates prospective customers while supports existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Demonstrates strong knowledge of commercial printing solutions and market trends.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored printing solutions, achieving sales targets and meeting client quality standards and regulations.
Report and Analysis
Generate monthly and quarterly sales report and performs a cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities within the commercial printing industry.
Client Experience
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Sales Presentations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise, explaining the benefits and value of our printing solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales and secure long-term agreements.
Orders Process
Oversee the order process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure that client specifications are met and quality standards are upheld.
Team Collaboration
Liaise with graphic designers and marketing team on sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Provide operational and experience feedback to other organizational departments in order to improve processes.
Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote and sell commercial printing products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Experience and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3 years + strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the printing industry
Proven track record of success in closing sales
Solution-oriented and constructive collaborator
Bilingual Spanish & English
Strong understanding of commercial printing processes, products, and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and sales.
Experience with B2B sales and account management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
