Job Description Feltons Senior Salesforce Consultant contributes to the agencys efforts in management, operation and development via the customization of Salesforce systems. Salesforce Consultant works across multiple programs within Felton Institute, and with customer agencies via Circe Software. This full-time salaried position will primarily work with the Children Youth and Family Division.
Specific Responsibilites Conduct Salesforce customizations involving object manager, flow automation, user management, email automation, Experience Cloud sites, third-party app, sandbox/scratch org deployment, and security setupIdentify and clearly communicate software development needs that requires coded solutionsUnder the supervision of Principal Analytics Manager, analyzing service contracts and studying internal program development needs, primarily work with the Children Youth and Family Division.As part of the Circe Software team, analyze the customer agencys business need in Salesforce-based case management solutionsDemonstrate technical solutions to non-technical audiencesProvide technical training and prepare manual to assist clinical and non-clinical case managementHandle technical support ticketsConduct data migration and data integration when applicableParticipate trainings and conferences specific to Force.com ecosystem Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degreeAt least five years of Force.com experience; Certified Salesforce Admin requiredAdvanced flow knowledge is requiredApex, Visualforce, and LWC programming skills preferredPrevious experience working at a nonprofit organization preferredAt least two years of experience cleaning, merging and managing datasets and/or databasesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management skills preferredAbility to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize projects and follow throughAdditional Information: Reports to: IT Director

Salary Range: 102,000-105,000 USD Annually (DOE)
