**Job Title: Sanitation Helper**
**Job Description**
Main responsibility is to clean the compounding tanks and ensure they are 100% sanitized to start the next production batch. Verify correct weights are taken and procedures are followed per FDA guidelines. Clean and sanitize compounding equipment using the CIP system (Cleaning in Place). Complete the sanitation logbook and follow GMPs, OSHA, and FDA guidelines. Retrieve barrels with ingredients from the warehouse and bring them to the compounding department using a pallet jack. Will be lifting up to 55 pounds throughout the shift. Set up products to be used in production and enter data into the computer. Document and verify all entries made by the compounders.
**Work Environment**
Exposed to fumes, odors, and hot environments (80-110 degrees based on batch, steamy in the department). Will wear white lab coats and waterproof steel-toe boots (credit provided to purchase). Will work with 1-2 other compounders and another compounder helper. The compounding department is adjacent to the production area, smaller, and filled with kettles and tanks. Will also work with production supervisors and packers when transporting kettles to the filling lines. Located in the manufacturing environment of the Corporate headquarters.
