The SAP FICO Manager candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and control of financial systems and applications. Responsibilities will include leading projects and supporting cross functional supporting programs. This is a permanent, hybrid position located in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
SAP FICO Manager Responsibilities: Provide thought leadership on best practices / emerging technologies for Finance functionsSupport, plan, execute and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resourcesAccountable for the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processesDevelop and deploy new processes and system configurationAssist in designing the financial systems roadmap including migration to SAP S/4Play a key role on the Finance work stream for upcoming migration to SAP S/4Drive implementation of software from solution design through hyper care leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as requiredSupport business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Internal Audit and Cross Functional Finance integrationManage relationships with the Finance clientsPartner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to RCP when partnering with software providers SAP FICO Manager Requirements: Great attention to detail but can still see the big pictureThrive in a fast-paced environmentExpert problem-solverBA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance or a related field7+ years of experience in the implementations and/or support of SAP FI and CO modulesExperience in CPG / Manufacturing industryIT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management and post go-live of SAP ECC RTR processesExtensive experience with SAP configurations including GL, Profit center splitting, Inter company, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax and TreasuryLed the functional design of Finance Systems during implementations of SAP S/4 preferredSupervisory experience and SAP certifications preferredExperience with SAP configurations including GL, Profit center splitting, Inter company, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax and Treasury preferred
