To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for SAP Sales Director.
Your Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base while building strong client relationships.Manage a sales pipeline and collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create compelling propositions.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team to achieve targets, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.Oversee key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, negotiate contracts, and close deals for profitable growth.Continuously analyze and improve sales processes using CRM tools, and stay updated on SAP products and industry trends.Your Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Sales Director, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role within the SAP ecosystem.Strong understanding of SAP products, solutions, and services.Demonstrated success in generating sales-qualified leads and converting them into profitable business deals.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
