Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to) Understand and supports all safety regulations of OSHA, Classic Industrial Services and clients related to scaffold work, products, safe use and safety of the workers, facility and job sitesDirectly responsible for creating customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain relationships with local industrial and commercial perspective clients to bring in scaffold business opportunitiesWork closely with estimators to generate proposalsWork in conjunction with the Project Managers and supervisors on scaffolding projectsAssist in managing, hiring and recruiting of scaffold crews. This includes helping to coach and train and serving as a mentor to labor crews.Oversee the day-to-day operations of scaffold crews and multiple jobsite supervisionResponsible for scheduling scaffold crews for future and ongoing work.Supervise and assists with the erection of multiple forms of scaffolding at multiple locations as well as dismantling and inventorying of scaffoldingCoordinates timely pick-ups for dismantles and deliveries for ErectionsPerforms all necessary documentation i.e., signoffs, extra work authorizations, JSA's, safety plans, delivery and pick up tickets etc.Understand all aspects of the scaffold business operation and marketsMay be expected to perform other duties assigned as assigned by the Local Branch Manager Qualifications/Skills
