Scheduling Assistant

Description:
The Scheduling Assistant is a fulltime position working in the administrative office. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Scheduling clients for respite services, Scheduling families for CFT and intake meetings, Communicating with families regarding dates, times and locations using email, text, phone, and mail, Must be great at multi-tasking, be flexible, and have strong organizational skills, Need to be able to provide quality customer service, Coordinate with weekend staff to ensure scheduling needs are met, Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with others, attention to detail, Necessary to have strong computer skill, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, etc., Must encompass the ability to work well in a team. The Scheduling Assistant will be overseen by the Scheduling Coordinator.

Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 9am-4:30pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am-7pm

Job Requirements:
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid State Identification Two years' experience working with children and families Must be able to obtain/possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Pay Range:
$36,000-$40,000 per year
